Displays of incredible shmup skill, donated by the players themselves. I never would have thought that in certain shmups there are places where it is actually beneficial to die on purpose (suicides) in order to increase your scoring potential.
… but it is a real life pinball simulation. The twists and turns of this K’nex Pinball Machine remind me of Flipnic for the Playstation 2.
… but it looks like it, sort of. And, it does have an OK versus mode. It’s Pinballistik for the PlayStation 3.
See, this is what happens when I mess around with YouTube’s “related videos”. I wasn’t even thinking about playing Sonic Spinball. Now, thanks to these musical remakes, I will.

It looks like they are ready to try again with a new strategy. The Pro Pinball Kickstarter that was attempted (unsuccessfully) back in September 2012 will return this July, 2013. However, this time the project is under the name, “Pro Pinball: The ULTRA Editions”.
