How much does Stern’s new Guardians of the Galaxy pinball game look like Iron Man or Metallica?

Will the code provide gameplay differences where the similarities won’t matter?

I have not seen the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, and I only know about things like “Groot” and “Rocket Raccoon” from being aware of things on the Internet in general. Like Game of Thrones Pinball, I will be judging the game on it’s own merit as if it were an original IP. If the game turns out to be Metallica 1.5 or Iron Man 1.5, there will be no movie to cloud my judgement.

As of right now, it doesn’t matter how many of “the songs” are in the game. Now, I have to decide whether to see the movie before I play the game. I think I am going to hold off on watching the movie until after I’ve had a session with the machine.

Here were the results of a recent poll asking whether Guardians looks more like Iron Man or Metallica. It was a quick-fire 24-hour poll to see what the temperature was on this question. I think I’ll being doing more of these in the future.
