I think the most popular ones were Pin*Bot, where the game took an approximation of the physical Pin*Bot game and put a green monster, missile shooting planes, ball robbing planes, and outlane snakes, and Pin Ball (with possibly a space in it) where suddenly Mario appears when you visit a hidden room.

But there were other pinball games for the NES including an approximation of High Speed ... and ... some others that are mentioned here. How many have you played?
