Signage is up and finishing touches are going in at Walt’s Bar, the new arcade drink spot in Eagle Rock. The former plumbing shop has been fully converted into a retro place for cold beer and vintage pinball, and opening night is slated for Friday. Inside, the long room is now filled with a curving wooden bar and diner-style two-top tables near the front windows.
