At the home of a certain friend, decompressing from recent events, whose Twilight Zone played like a dream, I had a marathon session of Twilight Zone. Those experienced with Twilight Zone pinball (my second favorite pinball game) will know what I mean when I say the bounces and catches were where you want them to be. Both backhands were good and dependable. Reversals of fortune from the left ramp rarely killed you SDTM.
Although the TILT was very much in play, my only limits were how long I could keep my focus and concentration on point and how long my legs would allow me to stand there. Now that I think about it, those are similar limitations as when I’m playing at a tournament.
I don’t know what was going on during Lost in the Zone other than I think I had the Powerball in the Powerfield and fortunately knocked it in the top hole with two other balls that were also furiously bouncing around in there.
