I helped to do a thing! Nate Shivers invited me onto the Coast 2 Coast Pinball Podcast and we talked about pinball. I had a great time, and the hour just flew by before I even knew it. I hope I have the privilege to be on again in the near future.
Well, it’s time for me to cringe a little as I listen to myself on a recording for an extended period. Do you still have that feeling when you listen to yourself? I still get a little of that at times even after getting familiar with doing pinball commentary.
When I am in the moment, I zone out, have no worries and just have fun. However, I have to wait until after the fact to find out what I said, hoping that I made sense. Plus, I’m hoping I didn’t curse or stutter too much due to how excited I can get.
Nate is a great interviewer. I like the style of a casual conversation, where pinball fans can just talk about pinball and by the way, we happen to be recording a podcast. Before I knew it, the hour was over. Thanks, Nate! ^_^
