Yes, pinball friends. Color changing speaker lights. For those times when my retinas are getting blown out of the back of my head via some particularly strong playfield LEDs, it’s good to have a place on the game to look at that will be reliably multicolored as my eyes recover from the attack I’ve just sustained. At least I can control these lights and look toward them as I was just forced to look away from the ball. A ball which has disappeared from view anyway and now drained. As my bonus is counted, and the ghost images in my impaired vision are slowly fading away, I can look toward my stylish speakers lights and take solace in the wise words of a great philosopher, “Hey, it’s only pinball.”
