Skateball has one of the more confusing sentences written on its instruction card. It’s meant to describe how to do a relatively simple thing in the game, but reading it just sounds like a statement that has wrapped in on itself.
Bowen reads this sentence during the tutorial and has to take a moment to analyze what just happened.
I know I must have read it about 6 times when I first played this game, and I still didn’t understand it until I played the game a few rounds in a row.

Also, shoot the saucer, and pray for “A”! That never works Bullwinkle, ever except for this case right here. Really, this is ridiculous. I am going to try this next time I play Skateball, and I know it’s going to drain me. I just KNOW it. <<grumble…>>
