New Pinball Dictionary: Ock Block

Ock Block

  • Occurs on Spider-man pinball when you shoot the Doc Ock saucer cleanly, but instead of stopping in the saucer, the ball gets rejected and it comes right back at you.
  • A more rare version of this can happen when Doc Ock is down and the optos fails to register that a ball has crossed its path. The ball can just bounce right off of it as if nothing happened.
  • Example: He tried to get the Super Jackpot at the last moment, but he got Ock Blocked and the ball went SDTM.

Fun With Bonus is the home of the semi-coherent, misguided ramblings of professional and amateur pinball players.
