It’s Roller Ball for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This is back in the days before programmers were concerned about rendering drop catches properly, or any other flipper tricks.
It’s pinball up a skyscraper with a slot machine in the middle of it. Realism is not a concern at this point. The music kind of rules for at least a short while, though.
